Rules for suppliers

The install-shop assumes the following responsibilities:

1.1 Maintaining and increasing targeted traffic to the store website;
1.2 Maintaining the operational state of the store's infrastructures;
1.3 Calculating payments to suppliers for goods sold;
1.4 Providing customer support on behalf of the supplier, resolving disputes without involving the supplier (if possible);
1.5 Maintaining accuracy of payment requests (not including delays by payment aggregators or systems);
1.6 Maintaining up-to-date status of product names and descriptions (based on information received from the supplier);
1.7 Processing of incoming flow of items and deliveries on a first-come, first-served basis and within the working schedule of content managers;
1.8 Control over buyers' compliance with the rules.

Vendor Requirements:

2.1 It is prohibited to create multiple supplier accounts;
2.2 It is forbidden to create deliveries without checking the content to ensure that it can be logged in and matches the description;
2.3 It is prohibited to create deliveries that contain duplicates.
2.4 It is prohibited to create deliveries that contain goods previously sold on our site;
2.5 It is prohibited to create deliveries that contain goods that are currently being sold on our or a similar site;
2.6 It is prohibited to use in the title or description of the goods: 
  - profanity, 
  - advertising of narcotic substances, 
  - erotica or pornography, 
  - materials that may incite political or interethnic discord;
2.7 It is prohibited to give your contacts to buyers.

List of goods prohibited for sale or advertising in the store:

narcotic substances, psychotropic substances their advertising or information promoting their sale;
materials of pornographic nature, erotica;
programs, devices, scripts for any kind of hacking;
products related to theft of money, payment system accounts;
hacked Internet wallets and accounts to them;
sale of scans of passports, documents, any personal data.

The rules and the list of goods prohibited for sale can be changed by the administration without warning suppliers. Gross or systematic violation of the rules will lead to blocking of the account/s of the supplier without prior warning, possibility of recovery and payment.
