Replacement and refund
Product Replacement
Products are replaced free of charge with an equivalent item if an issue is found with the order (incorrect product description, inability to log in to an account, or inability to use a code) and the customer fully complies with the store's rules. The store guarantees product replacement within 24 hours of purchase.
To speed up the processing of your request, please include the following when contacting support:
- Order number;
- Detailed description of the issue;
- Screenshots or other materials proving the issue with the order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 24 hours of purchase and only in cases where replacement is not possible:
- If replacement is not possible due to lack of a similar product;
- If the error is on the store’s side and cannot be resolved promptly.
Refunds are credited to the customer's internal store balance. Withdrawal of funds from the balance to external wallets is available upon request and only after passing AML/KYC verification.
When Refunds Are Not Possible
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- The customer violated the instructions for using the product;
- The product was modified or misused;
- More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase;
- Accidental purchase or mismatch with the customer’s expectations.
