What to do in case of problems with accounts ?

What should I do if the item is not automatically issued?

  1. Go to the online chat with support on the main page of the store. You can contact our other contacts, but in all probability you will not get a response as quickly there;
  2. Specify the order number;
  3. Wait for tech support to respond (up to 24 hours, usually much faster);
  4. After solving the problem, the order will come to your mail or the operator will tell you what you need to do.

    • order number. If for some reason you don't have this note, please include the exact time of payment and postage;
    • how did you check the accounts?
    • Did you use proxies? If yes, which ones?
    • the rest of the problem description, as detailed as possible
  3. Wait for tech support to respond with account/money refund or other solution (up to 24 hours, usually much faster)
