How quickly will I receive my order after payment?
Orders are sent to your email within 5 minutes after payment confirmation. Exceptions include cases where items are issued manually. Such orders may take up to 24 hours to process.

Does your store need suppliers?
Yes, we are constantly looking for new suppliers. We offer an automated supplier dashboard where you can upload items for sale, track sales, and request payouts.
Will the purchased accounts be mine only, and no one else will be able to access them?
We sell all items to a single buyer only. After the purchase, you can be sure that access to the items is exclusively yours. However, note that our suppliers also have initial access to the items you purchased. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you immediately secure your account by, at a minimum, changing the password.

How can I tell which part of the order is the login and which is the password?

I want to sell one account. Is this possible?
Yes, this is possible if the account is valuable, well-developed, or old. Otherwise, our operators are likely to reject your sales application.
What are auto-registered accounts?
Auto-registered accounts are accounts created using programs and scripts. Such accounts are the most common and affordable, but they are also prone to blocking. However, they can be the best choice for certain tasks.
What is the difference between newer and older accounts?
Newer accounts have less trust from the service and are more likely to be blocked. Older accounts are considered more resistant to blocking, which is why they are more expensive.
How old are the accounts?
This information is specified on the product details page. If it is not listed, you should assume that the accounts were registered recently.
Do you have accounts registered "N" months/years ago?

We do not provide custom account selection for clients. Usually, the descriptions provided by clients are insufficient for an accurate answer. Therefore, we focus on detailed, standardized descriptions of our products.

This is most likely an issue with the supplier who inadequately prepared the product. In such cases, we offer replacements or refunds.
The account requests additional information. What should I do?
We provide all necessary details for account access after purchase. We do not have additional information that was not sent to you. If the service requests, for example, passport scans for verification, unfortunately, we cannot assist you.
Are your Facebook accounts suitable for ad campaigns?
We cannot give a definitive answer as this depends on further testing of your methods with the accounts. For advertising purposes, we recommend accounts from subcategories explicitly marked as prepared for advertising.
Do you send spam from accounts?
No, we do not engage in spam distribution.
What guarantees does your store provide?
We provide a 24-hour warranty on our accounts from the moment of purchase. If there are issues with the account not caused by the buyer's actions, we are ready to replace the item or issue a refund within the warranty period. Please read the warranty terms carefully on the product page.
