Rules for customers

Part 1. Store guarantees:

  1. Tech support response within 24 hours of contact. Usually tech support responds much faster, except for non-working hours.
  2. Operability of the accounts within 24 hours of purchase, provided all the terms and conditions of the accounts in Part 2 are followed. Start using accounts immediately as many sites delete accounts for inactivity/routine purges. After 24 hours of purchase, even if you have not used the accounts, we will not be able to refund your money.
  3. We will replace accounts within 24 hours of purchase if the accounts are inoperable due to the fault of install-shop.org and if all the terms and conditions of the accounts in Part 2 are met. If you logged into an account and did something with it and then it was banned, then it is no longer replaceable/refundable
  4. Refunds if accounts cannot be replaced. Refund is possible on Webmoney, Perfectmoney, Litecoin, USDT TRC20, Advcash. Refund to bank card and other payment systems is not possible.
  5. Sale of accounts in one hand. Store is not and will never be engaged in the resale of accounts.

Part 2. When using accounts purchased from install-shop.org, it is forbidden:

  1. Logging into 2 or more accounts without proxy and from the same device. You can use accounts without proxy and from one device(different browsers are not different devices), but in this case we will refuse replacement/refund.
  2. Use your home static ip address, ipv6 proxies, public proxies, packet proxies, shared proxies. Only personal (aka individual) ipv4 proxies and mobile proxies are allowed.
  3. Use any paid and free VPN services. Any VPN service uses public ip-addresses, which are used by strangers.
  4. Use device emulators, virtual machines, VDS and VPS servers. Any site can detect that you are not accessing it from a real device. This significantly lowers the trust of accounts and leads to their blocking.
  5. Use Sobot program for vk accounts, Instap.ru service for instagram accounts, Proxymania.ru proxy service for any accounts. All these services are unreliable and thanks to them accounts can be blocked.

Part 3. Other terms and conditions:

  1. Orders are stored in the store for a maximum of 1 month. We will not be able to restore your orders if you lost/deleted them.
  2. In case of long-term use of purchased accounts, the customer is obliged to change passwords on them and take care of their security on their own. The buyer himself is responsible for the safety of purchased goods after the warranty period.
  3. Purchased valid goods cannot be returned/replaced. This applies to those cases when you were inattentive when choosing a product and, having bought it, you want to make a return or exchange.
  4. The store and its employees are not engaged in training and counseling. We do not work with accounts, so we cannot advise you fully.
  5. Buying accounts and leaving your email when buying, you automatically agree to the newsletter from our store. The newsletter is very rare.

By agreeing to the rules (at the time of purchase), the customer confirms that:

  1. The customer has read the detailed description to the accounts$
  2. The customer has read all the terms and conditions of the store and agrees with them.
  3. After the purchase of goods all responsibility is transferred to the client.
  4. In case of violation of any clause of the rules, the client has no claims to the store and its employees.
